Algeria: Marriage in Algeria:

Can someone please explain the Family Book to me? I have been told that in order to rent an apartment as a married couple that they must first have this Family Book. Can someone tell me how does the couple get this? Any information about this would be greatly appreciated.

Algeria: U.S. citizen to marry Algerian man:

How much time does all this take? I want to marry my Algerian s/o ----we met over the Internet and have been to Turkey and three times to Tunisia in a relationship that is almost 7 years old. Please someone tell me how long after my arrival in Algeria before the wedding ceremony can tae place? Please someone reply A.S.A.P. Thank you.
