Norway: Norweigan-American Planning to Return to Norway:

I am an American of unbroken Norweigan descent in the male line. We have been in America for some time, but up until my father's generation we still spoke the language in the home. It is a longstanding goal of mine to return to Norway; I am taking steps to learn the language and anticipate being ready to transition to Norway over the next four to five years. However, I am just now starting to research the exact processes needed to immigrate to Norway. I was curious to know if a Norweigan last name could help me in my application, and if so, how that would work out. I expect it doesn't make a difference except to me personally, but I wanted to double-check to make sure of that.
