Austria: How hard to find a job?:

I am seriously considering relocating to Austria, and I have examined the regulations regarding pensioners (I am a retired civil servant, 50 years old). My pension just meets the income criteria, and I would prefer to find a job to pay for health insurance and give us some extra cash for breathing room. My question to all is just how hard is it for a foreigner to find a job?
