Hi all, I am a freelance journalist and currently work as consultant to the International Potato Center (www.cipotato.org). I am writing an article with the same title of the topic title. Could someone tell me why the Kazakhs eat more potatoes than people of Peru, for instance, whose territory is today considered as its center of origin? Thank you for your help! Jorge
