Does anyone have any contact info on where to pay property taxes for land in Corozal?

Hi all My wife Lana and I will be arriving in Corozal Town Wednesday 5/13. We will be there until 5/19, staying at the Copa Banana. Would love it if we could meet up for a drink or meal with some locals. We are looking into retiring there in the next few years or so....early stages of discovery. We will be flying into Cancun in early May, renting a car, and driving to Corozal. We have arraigned for all the insurance at the Cancun airport. Do we need additional insurance in Belize? If so, where do you get it? Thank you Bob

We (my wife Lana and I) have made the arrangements to visit Corozal from 5/13 through 5/19. Flying into Cancun renting a car and driving in. We will be staying at the Copa Banana in Corozal Town. Any help you could give with regards to entering Belize or exiting Mexico...fees, border crossing, things to see or avoid, etc would be appreciated. Also would like to possibly meet some of you maybe for a meal or a drink and a chat. I haven't done anything like this before, so any help would be appreciated. Thank you Bob

We are planning to retire in Corozal. Will probably take some trips to Mexico. We plan on using the QRP program. Will we have to pay fees to enter and exit Belize? Before you start getting on me, I have done research, but am totally confused. Thank you
