Hi, we are looking to purchase a property in the Varna area initially to rent out, with the long term goal of retiring there. Just a quick note on internet access, I believe that IP over satellite is available in the country It may cost a bit more, but that should deliver broadband access from any location. Another idea would be for anyone living in the same village to share the cost of the uplink and connect via a wireless access point, I have just tested netgears wg602v2 access points, they can transmit upto 10km ( on a good day ), but do need line of site. If the ISP supports it you can then do voice over ip (voip), or even use yahoo messenger with a webcam. anyway, hope that helps, if you need any more info, feel free to email me at kpadgham@hotmail.com
