Can anyone out there post anything new re housing, job openings or any other item that may be of help to a new comer? Planning to relocate in the next year or so. What are the Visa requirements, etc? Thanks.

Have you considered SE Asia? It's super cheap and you can live very comfortably on your income level. Apts go for $250/mos and food is about the same. Just a thought. Good luck
