Croatia: I am ready to move to Croatia...HELP???:

I am hoping to gain some insight into relocating to Croatia. I have read all of the guidelines and have no issues with the legal requirements. I am more interested in the personal side of things. 1- Finding a place to live 2- Meeting friendly people 3- A sponsor (tour guide) Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
