Hi, I need a local Azeri professional to help with work permits etc. for a number of people who will be sent to Baku etc over the next few weeks/months. Anyone out there who can recommend someone or help with this. Must have good experience and knowledge of the Azeri system. Mike

Hi Slim I 'm no expert but it may be eactly the same as in other countires. It takes a local employer to apply for a work permit for an employee they wish to bring into the country. As for companies wanting people who already have work permits. It may be the case that someone has been given a job using the work permit system, but would no like to switch employers. Some employers would find this an easier route that starting from scratch. Mike
