Panama: First time To Panama:

Hello My wife and I are coming to Panama at the end of August. I had thought of Bocas De Toros and perhaps the Highlands for possible real estate, but I think we would like to be within an hour or so drive from Panama City for the medical facilites and shopping. Does anyone know which beaches resemble the Caribbean seas turquoise water etc. and perhaps a good place to stay on the beach. Thanks Dennis Maroney
