I am moving permanently from the USA to Palawan, Boracay, or Cebu. No Filipino wife or connections. I am retired with a $2,000 month SSDI. What kind of Visa will I need to permanently live here without renewing and what will it cost? How do I get it before leaving the U.S.? Thank You!!
