Hong Kong: Moving a cat to Hong Kong:

It's no problem at all to move cats to HK. We moved from USA to HK with 2 cats. There was no quarantine and our cats got thro' customs with zero issues. You do need health certificates and vaccinations to be in order. We used the services of a professional pet-mover to make sure everything went smoothly. There's a pretty good HK company (run by English) which you can contact about moving your pets here: www.wishyouwereherehk.com Nina

Hong Kong: Health Insurance in HK:

Hi, we're moving from USA to HK next month. We have US-based health insurance (blue cross) that pays a portion of "out of network" (i.e. overseas) claims, but I'm wondering if we should get some additional health insurance locally in HK. What are medical costs like in HK? Does it make sense to buy additional insurance locally? I would appreciat any feedback.
