Jamaica: Selling property in Jamaica:

Dear all, I am trying to sell a property that my mother in law inherited several years ago in Browns Town, St. Ann and would appreciate advice from anyone who has been through what is turning out to be a rather convoluted process. We are at the stage that probate has been granted, but am now wondering whether it is obligatory to register the title in my mother-in-laws name, or whether we can try to sell the property now? Many thanks!
