Paraguay: Short term housing, Oct-Dec:

Hello! I know there are a lot of posts on this, but none recently, but I'm a student in the US, and I'll be doing research in Asunción for 3 months. I'm looking for short term housing near Humaitd esq. May 14 that preferably comes with a kitchen, WIFI, AC, and laundry facilities that is also relatively safe. I'm hoping to spend about $500 or less in rent. I've looked on clasipar but it doesn't seem too likely that I can find a place for that amount of time. Please let me know if you know of someone looking to rent. Thank you so much for your help!
