Poland: Buying a Flat in Krakow:

I am a Polish citizen living in Krakow, I accidentally came across this website and would like to give you a little advice on buying a flat in Krakow. Real estate agencies are definiely a major rip off both for Poles and foreigners, especially for foreigners, you really do have other options before going to an agent. You may want to try www.gratka.pl which is a website (unfortunately only in Polish) advertising flats and houses both to rent and sell. It may be worthwhile looking through the ads on gratka.pl before going to newspapers, as more and more Poles advertise there directly trying to aviod the agents.
