Hi some information on real estate prices can be found at www.realestate.com.au. I am originally from Adelaide and have noticed that much like the rest of the world house prices have rose in the last few years but seem to have stabilised at the moment. Which University - South Australia, Adelaide, Flinders ? All the best.
