Australia: Advice: moving to Australia:

Hi, I'm 28 year old and graduated in Industrial/management engineering. I'm living in Milan, Italy. I'm seriously intentioned to move to Australia, and would really hear from someone that has already done it, regarding the feasibility of the plan. Since I don't have a company sponsoring me, I basically have 2 ideas: 1) try to find a stage from here (Italy) and, during the traineeship, try to find a sponsor for a qualified job and a longer stay. 2) apply for a holiday working visa, find a temporary job, and in the meanwhile look for a sponsor. Is there someone that could give me some information about the feasibility of that? Is it really possible to find a sponsor once there, or companies tend not to spend money for that? Thank you for your help, Lucas
