Argentina: Buying a car in Buenos Aires:

Hello, This winter I'll probably be living in Argentina for a little while. Since I prefer not being completely dependent on public transport I'm wondering what it would cost me to buy a second hand car in Argentina. It would be a pick up truck or a jeep, since I'm already familiar with the quality of the roads in more rural areas. Would it be possible to leave the country with a bought car, not being a citizen of the country? What other things, legal issues, should I be aware of if I buy a car in Argentina, probably Buenos Aires?
