I am seeking advice from you regarding our move in January. We are currently in Malaysia. My husband will be working in Clark.

Please give me some info on education & Accomodation. We would like to have a 3+1 condo minimum with pool & gym and looking for American system international school.

Thank you

Surprised you not got answers Clark is nice, plenty of expats there. I would look online for condo prices but ivthink you can rent a bigger house just outside the main part for the same money as a condo. Look online for international school will be a tad expensive I would guess. But Clark from what I saw was nice.

Do a Google search for "Angeles Blue Book". That will give you a pretty good heads up as to what's available in that market. Keep in mind that the prices are somewhat inflated because it targets foreigners. It will however give you some good insight to finding a nice condo or house at a decent price ($200-$400 per month is my expectation).

Blue book will have a whole host of info and it is certainly the most popular means of advertising for most anything.

OLX.ph is also an online classified ads that is most popular in the Phils.

Of course, once you get a general idea of which school(s), you will then probably select a home that's nearby.

As you narrow down the area you will be able to post a more specific question as to it's location ,problems, elctricity (brown outs), internet, traffic and/or crime (if any).

Be very careful in Angeles so much temptation there phew. If you married your wife won't like you going to Angeles at night alone for a game of pool that's for sure.

Thank you both for the info. I will do my homework & once done will certainly ask more questions. My husband will be working in Clark by the airport. Will however get something closer to school.
