I strongly agree and when you want something to be done quickly you have to know " a little man" like seriously. I'm at the bank and almost had a mental break down. I had to set aside half a day just to collect some cheques and sign One peice of document.

This is so true, at first I would get cross thinking that they are doing it because I'm from UK. You are right it's just their culture. It took me 18months to get my car papers sorted (log book). I am learning to chill lol
