Human Resources Internship

LINK Group is a real estate development company located in Shanghai. In 2013 the company has been established by an American boss. The main focus of the company is to provide young professionals in Shanghai with unique and creative spaces. - Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants - Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches - Provide current and prospective employees with information about job duties and working conditions - Serve as a link between management and employees by helping resolve work -related problems - Implement strategic organisational change to increase productivity

Requirements and Skills

- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and skills in database management and record keeping

- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels

- Organisational skills and the ability to understand detailed information

- Written and verbal communication is an essential skill

- Problem solving and conflict management skills
