Information Technology Internship

LINK Group is a real estate development company located in Shanghai. In 2013 the company has been established by an American boss. The main focus of the company is to provide young professionals in Shanghai with unique and creative spaces. LINK offers the Internship Package to young bright minds and entrepreneurial students who do not fear the challenge of working within a Chinese and international oriented office. For our interns we encourage personal and business development during the course of their internship.

Duties and Tasks

- Maintain and improve the virtual infrastructure of LINK Group, improving day to day activities by applying IT solutions and increasing work efficiency.

- Administrative support, hardware troubleshooting and maintenance, install and configure new hardware, software and backup of daily data, dealing with servers

- Set up and program a NAV Dynamics ERP system, program website, support the company’s internal IT Hardware and servers

- Keep management and clients updated on progress

Requirements and Skills

- Have an interest of information technologies, keep updated with the latest trends in the industry

- General understanding of hardware and software, trouble-shooting

- Time management ability to accomplish all the assigned projects due deadline

- Creative in finding a proper step-by-step solutions for upcoming tasks

- Strong communication skills, ability to assist the employers from different departments who have PC problems as required
