Customer Service Internship
LINK Group is a real estate development company located in Shanghai. In 2013 the company has been established by an American boss. The main focus of the company is to provide young professionals in Shanghai with unique and creative spaces. LINK offers the Internship Package to young bright minds and entrepreneurial students who do not fear the challenge of working within a Chinese and international oriented office. For our interns we encourage personal and business development during the course of their internship.

-Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.
-Handle issues in the best interest of both customer and company.
-Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.
