As of September 2018; can ANYONE who has lived in Mexico for at least 3 years or more (preferably), actually tell me what are the top 3 SAFEST places for an American to retire in Mexico and why?? I see there is A LOT of bad press about Mexico but I REALLY want to know what is fact vs fiction. Thanks
