The house is an modern open plan design with an area of 128m2 plus outbuildings of 72m2 and is suitable as a holiday home or for permanent all year round residence, and can accommodate up to eight people.

The Tornio river is well known for its salmon fishing and fish up to 20kg can be caught in our area. You can try fly fishing in the many rapids pools or trolling lures whilst rowing your boat. The property benefits from being within easy driving of the nearest airport at Rovaniemi for connecting flights to Helsinki and further afield.

Rovaniemi is also the home of Santa and comes alive at Christmas, celebrate a traditional white Christmas and begin it at the home of Father Christmas.. We have two ski resorts areas close by, the largest can be seen lit up at night from our lounge window across the river in Sweden, there are 16 slopes ranging from beginners to 5 blackruns (expert) also 2 half pipes and 6 lifts.
