The Gluten Free Cupboard

My goal is to bring resources, experiences, and helpful tips together in one place to make it easier to live, in Luxembourg and the surrounding region, with a restrictive diet (not just gluten free) sharing what I, as well as others, have already found to be successful (recipes, replacements or substitutions, services, travel tips…) and might benefit others. More specifically I hope to help not only the English speaker already living here but those considering relocation to this region who might need to understand what to expect and what’s available in order to make an informed decision.
