We are a young family from Texas who uprooted our family and moved to Atenas, Costa Rica to begin a new life abroad with our 2 small children, Max, age 4 and Sara, age 2. We are currently 8 months pregnant and starting a beef jerky company in Costa Rica, while planning a new baby, traveling, blogging, building websites and learning the language and culture.
