What activities, clubs and organizations would you recommend to newcomers to help them meet others?

There are no clubs or anything. It's very hard here to meet Expats and even Romanians. I am alone all day. Some tourists come to Mamaia in Summer but it's so run down, only some Romanians from Bucharest are visiting. (Continue)

I wish the one guest comment would also tell me what exactly the fun in Summer is in Constanta except of the beach. Oh please let us know. Is it Cycling? Running? Really healthy food? Something cultural? And there are lots of things you can do in other cities in winter.

this is probably an antisocial person to begin with Romanians love foreigners and are very welcoming Constanta is very nice and people are friendly Yes, is like any city in the winter, but full of fun in the summer
