What sort of challenges or frustrations have you encountered as an investor?
It is hard to buy things that you need a loan for. When you enter the USA from abroad you have to start rebuilding your identity, especially your financial identity. We have good financial records in the Netherlands, but that doesn't help much. It is not that we are considered bad payers over here, we have no record whatsoever. So, we can not buy heating oil with automatic delivery, and a loan on a car was hard to get.
