Bus. But many people drive their kids.

How would you describe the facilities at this school? What extra-curricular activities are available?

The facilities are really good. The school offers all kinds of extracurricular activities including soccer, volleyball, basketball, art, drama, Model UN.

What has this school done to help your child transition from the curriculum in your home country into the curriculum in your new country? Are there programs to prepare your child for repatriation?

The school offers an American curriculum and is Middle States accredited so my child easily went on to a good US university. The IB program is also offered and my other son is currently in his Junior year and doing well in IB.

How would you describe the social activities available for parents through this school? Are there parent-teacher organizations?

Communication is easy with the school and my kids' teachers. The school promotes open communication.

What advice would you give to someone considering enrolling their child in this school?

I am very happy with the school and my eldest son is doing well in college after graduating from AIS. The school doesn't have as many Americans as ACS across town, but its educational standards are great. All the teachers are from the US and Canada.
