K - 12

How do most children get to school everyday? (bus, train, walk, etc.)

Bus or Parents drop them off. Our children are close enough to walk but with winter being very cold I drive them in the morning and my wife walks to get them and home each day.

How would you describe the facilities at this school? What extra-curricular activities are available?

Facilites are excellent. They have after-school activities such as Basketball, Soccer, Tennis, Swimming. They also have activities such as music lessons, crafts, dance, martial arts, etc.

What has this school done to help your child transition from the curriculum in your home country into the curriculum in your new country? Are there programs to prepare your child for repatriation?

The school assigned each of my daughters (2) a buddy and the transistion has been very smooth.

How would you describe the social activities available for parents through this school? Are there parent-teacher organizations?

There are parent teacher organizations. We are very well connected with a church that happens to meet at the school on Sundays.. but the parent organization is very active and has approached my wife several times already to get involved.

What advice would you give to someone considering enrolling their child in this school?

I would recommend the school. They have been very accomodating for my children. They are a growing school and getting more and more "international" students. It is still largely attended by Koreans who have been out of the country for > 3 years. We have met several families from other countries.
