How would you describe the facilities at this school? What extra-curricular activities are available?

The school itself has several classrooms, a library, canteen with hot lunches etc... and the school has access to the municipal sporting complex which is a fantastic EU funded project and only 1 minute away from the school. Shortly starting construction on a new carbon neutral state of the art building with laboratories and specific IT suites etc...

What has this school done to help your child transition from the curriculum in your home country into the curriculum in your new country? Are there programs to prepare your child for repatriation?

The curriculum is very similar as it's the Cambridge International IGCSE's which they teach. The teachers are fantastic and very dedicated and the class sizes are nice and small.

How would you describe the social activities available for parents through this school? Are there parent-teacher organizations?

There are parent teacher meetings

What advice would you give to someone considering enrolling their child in this school?

This school is great and is relatively cheap compared to all other options in the Algarve. The teachers are very dedicated and actually set the school up themselves when their previous school became too interested in making money. There's a bus which goes to the Lagos area which helps too. All round great experience so far
