How would you describe the facilities at this school? What extra-curricular activities are available?
Limited physically. Lousy sports teacher (British.) Very few extracurricular activities and not much mixing of the many nationalities.
What has this school done to help your child transition from the curriculum in your home country into the curriculum in your new country? Are there programs to prepare your child for repatriation?
Nothing. Such transistions are left entirely up to the parent. In fact, it is more Asian oriented i.e. meeting demands of Asian parents more than Brits or Americans who have a more relaxed less pressurised approach to learning. Not much socialising amongst children of different nationalities.
How would you describe the social activities available for parents through this school? Are there parent-teacher organizations?
Very weak PTA - main purpose is for fund-raising. The pressure is always on.
What advice would you give to someone considering enrolling their child in this school?
Look elsewhere such as Harrow International or the International School of Bangkok (ISB)
