Pack everyting in plastic storage boxes (lots of cockroaches here!!!) Think about your security. Criminality is high in Nassau. Choose a recent house. Think you may have lots of problems in a old house (plumbing, roof, etc...) Try to have a spare room or a cottage for your guests/visitors.
Individual big house. Yes.
The security was very important to us. We live in a gated community. Not too far from my husband's office, airport and school. Through a real estate agent.
