Wish I brought patio furniture, bikes and water maker. Wish I had not brought China, so many books and knickknacks.

What advice would you give someone preparing to move to your area about the actual move, choosing a neighborhood and finding a home?

House, gated community. Yes, lots of expats. Security.

How did you choose your neighborhood and find your home or apartment?

Several trips going to different complexes, at different times of day and getting good referral of long time real estate agent. Mover knew a great deal about pluses of areas also
