I live in a house. Houses and condos are the typical places expats live in Puerto Penasco.

How did you choose your neighborhood and find your home or apartment?

Many expats live in my neighborhood (Mirador) plus it's just a few blocks to the beach.

Are your housing costs higher or lower than they were in your home country? What is the average cost of housing there?

I rent and pay way lower than the U.S., rent and utilities.
