Elan International School
Los Angeles
International
Pre-K - 6th
Their parents drive them to school.
The facilities are not the best, but the program offered by the school makes up for any lacking glamour in the facilities. There are plenty of after school enrichment classes for pre-k through 6th grade.
There are numerous activities that the parents can take part in. Elan has a yearly Halloween Fest, WinterFest and International Festival which the whole family can enjoy! There is a very active PTO.
Do it! Elan is the only school of its kind (offering Spanish or French immersion) in the San Fernando Valley. The classes are small, the teachers are energetic and the school is growing. I've read the other negative post on this site regarding Elan and I have to say that everyone is different and everyone has different experiences. You have to go see for yourself. My experience with Elan has been great and I'm happy that my child experienced an Elan education.
