The school has special support for special learning needs that includes English as an additional language. Once a week there are mother tongue classes run by volunteer parents for those kids whose mother tongue is not English. With 60+ nationalities at school there many such classes. There are no specific repatriation classes but with the transient nature of the expat community in Addis, it repatriation is a common phenomena.
There are very active and welcoming parent organisations in the school. The school is known for its community feel. Wifi being available to parents is a great help when settling in Addis.
Make sure that you get information from parents that have recent experience with ICS or direct your question regarding the school to the administration to the school. They are quick respond and have the most accurate and recent information.
