Medical operations are managed through seven clinical divisions – Anesthesiology Clinic, Diagnostics Division, Surgery Clinic, Psychiatry Clinic, Oncology and Hematology Clinic, Internal Medicine Clinic and Follow-up Care Clinic. Hospital provides services in almost all medical specialties, excl. ophthalmology, pediatrics and obstetrics. There are 488 doctors +96 residents on staff and English is spoken extensively. They have good experience treating English speaking or U.S. patients.

The hospital provides mainly inpatient institutional care to children. Elite Clinic is the only private maternity hospital in Southern Estonia. Elite clinic is involved in gynecology, urology, endocrinology, cardiology, orthopedics, pediatrics, andrology, dermatology, allergology, anaesthesiology, psychotherapy, oncology, oto-rhino-laryngology, ultrasonography (3D/4D), massage/development of children, relaxational breathing, school for mothers. All general surgical services. Elite clinic is specialized in IVF treatment. There are general laboratory, laboratory of embryology and laboratory of spermatology. There are 41 doctors at the clinic.
