About the Property

4 Acre River Front rain forest Lot zoned residential or commercial use, in Great Development with many homes. This lot was titled prior to the law now prohibiting ownership of riverfront, all utilities are in.

RIVER FRONT LOT -

This rare building lot is zoned mixed use commercial or residential on an easy 2 wheel drive road about a mile off the coastal highway.

It was titled before the law that now prohibits owning river front, has water and electric on the lot in phase 2 complete with owners association and great neighbors. There''s at least 2 acres of flat usable space and this site would be ideal for a jungle lodge, hotel or camp. There''s a hugely successful similar lodge in Tres Rios on not as nice a piece of land called Rio Tico Safari Lodge, Google it... The lot next to ours, barely over an acre, recently sold for $70,000. We have paid to keep the water rights and there''s a great association maintaining both the roads and water. The electric at the lot is provided by the public utility.

There''s construction services available and we have plans for a two bed, two bath home, in ground pool and guest cottage. There''s no time limit to build, you can hire any builder of your choice but the developer is also the largest builder of custom homes in Costa Rica.
