About the Property

2 view houses on 2 waterfront acres with swimming pools, Furnished. Gardens galore.

Asking Price: $290,000 U.S. For health reasons I am needing to leave Guatemala as soon as possible. I will discuss any serious offers.

Waterfront acreage on Lake Atitlan with two charming houses and an incredible view of the two Santiago volcanoes. Perfect for development of eco or yoga retreat or hotel. Or to enjoy Nature and tranquility all on your own.

The houses are built 40 meters up San Pedro volcano and boast a breathtaking view of Santiago Bay and the town of Santiago framed with the two huge volcanoes of Lake Atitlan. (All volcanoes inactive)

Included in the price is all of the custom designed furniture, 3 water pumps, the solar system and everything you need to run and live on the property.

There's space for 6 rental bungalows and a restaurant should you wish to develop.

The only neighbors are gardeners who come by cayuko 2 or 3 times a week to work on their gardens and then leave in the afternoon.

The property is listed on Airbnb and TripAdvisor and generates $1,500 to 2,000 U.S. a month during high season (December thru April)

. With lots of room to develop.
