The main house has a two floors of living quarters that can be used as a single house or two apartments. The 1st floor has a full screened in kitchen, living room and a master bedroom with full bath and walk-in closet. The 2nd floor has a master bedroom with full bath including cast iron tub, closet and living room. Access is through 2 sliding glass doors in the bedroom and living room. There is a 360* patio with ocean views surrounding the living quarters. The 3rd floor is a full kitchen and dining area. There is also an herb garden. The 4th floor is a 20sqm native style view deck with 360* views of the Sulu Sea to the east and the majestic mountain range to the west. All buildings were built to quality standards by the owner on site designing and managing every detail. The structures are built to withstand the strongest storms. It�s a unique one of a kind design. Construction was completed July 2019.
We have 65+ Dragon Fruit trees which usually produce 6 crops a years. Also 50+ Dwarf Coconut trees. There are numerous varieties of indigenous fruit bearing and non-fruit bearing trees plus a variety of plants and flowers. We strive to revive and sustain the native flora and fauna. This property is within the city limits of Puerto Princesa but is still rural. We live in the midst of many species of tropical birds. Cockatoo are frequent visitors as well as eagles, hawks, fruit bats, owls and many variety of mangrove and sea birds. Mornings are a symphony of bird songs.
Puting Buhangin (White Sand) Beach & Turtle Bay are walking distance. A great place to enjoy the day swimming and snorkeling the coral clusters. Turtle Bay has sea otters as well as dolphins and the occasional whale shark. Massively thick mangroves surround the peninsula. Wild life is abundant. There is an open market nearby with fresh vegetables, fruit and fish. There are also a few small resorts with restaurants and bars close by.

From our location it is a 4.5hr drive north to El Nido and a similar drive to the southern tip of the island. To reach the beaches of the South China Sea is a 1hr drive west.
