About the Property

For sale house on a 1.2 acre overlooking a beautiful view to the mountains and the Pacific Ocean.

Just 1 kilometer from the town of El Valle de Antón, this house offers an atmosphere of peace and relaxation. Built at 2900 feet above sea level and surrounded by nature and high pine trees, the house of country river-stone walls, three-level story has four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and an efficiency apartment for housekeepers on the first level, with kitchenette, bathroom, and water tank reserve with pump. On the second level, are the main and garage side entrances, two bedrooms with a Jack & Jill bathroom. The first bedroom has a wooden glass door leading to a small balcony. There is another small bedroom and bath next to the laundry room, used for the housekeeper, and a utility room with exit to the garage.

Coming up the third level, we begin to appreciate its cathedral ceilings and finished woodwork. There is an open family room with wrought iron railings balcony facing south with view to pine trees and the ocean, leading to the inner patio through a wooden glass door. The family room also connects with the master bedroom that has a walk-in closet, a bathroom with jacuzzi and a marble counter with two sinks. There is also a small balcony leading to a patio, a wooden stair connecting to an open deck used as an office with a small window facing south giving it a unique architectural design to the room. On the same level, as you exit the family room is the kitchen with appliances and a large island with a small sink, under two skylights, a pantry, a large sink looking to the garage roof, and plenty of wooden cabinets. A large counter in the kitchen separates the main hallway. The kitchen connects to the dining room with river-stone walls, which leads to the inner courtyard through a wooden sliding glass door. Following comes a cozy living room with a fireplace, a sliding glass door and windows all around overlooking the rest of the patio and main entrance, sighting the gate on the Eastern side of the property. There is a also a guest bath in the main hallway. The inner courtyard offers a delightful view to the town and the valley, as one can relax in a hammock under the large covered terrace furnished with patio furniture, and plenty space for adding a table game.

This house with its combination of woodwork, river-stone walls, its cathedral ceilings, lamps and architectural design, makes this house an emblematic country style residence in Panama. And while enjoying its cool climate of El Valle de Antón, this house offers all the comfort, privacy, and peace that nature can offer.
