The apartment is located in the Alfama historical district, within walking distance to some of Lisbon’s leading museums and monuments, as well as to the city’s downtown.

Alfama is the oldest district of Lisbon, spreading on the slope between the Sao Jorge Castle and the Tagus River. Its historic value and architectural features are sure to enchant visitors from around the world, from its narrow winding streets, to its unexpected river views, to its centuries-old buildings. But Alfama is also a lively neighborhood, with its own unique urban dynamic – a true village within the city!

Besides its historical interest, the neighborhood offers a choice of typical groceries, as well as restaurants and outdoor cafes. The apartment is conveniently located close to public transportation (subway, buses and trams).
