About the Property

We have a fully furnished 12th floor (actually the 13th floor by US standards. One floor below the penthouse.) in the Terrazas tower in the Playa Blanca Resort. Cocle/Rio Hato Right on the beach! It takes a whopping 240 SECONDS to put your feet in the sand! (yes I timed it!)

It is apx 1,700 sq ft. (152 sq mts)

It is in the most quiet location within the resort. It has a maid's quarters with a full bath of it's own. So I guess it's technically a 4bd, 3.5 ba.

It has an amazing view from the moment you walk in the front door including Farrallon Island directly in front.

We are stuck in the US right now, but have a local property manager in place that can handle any needs. Cable/Internet is included. And of course it has a nice outdoor terrace as well.

Asking $1,250 USD per month.

Looking for a long-term tenant (1 year), but would consider all proposals .

Respond here, or PM, or email: for any other details you may want.

Thanks!

Jack

¡Gracias!
