The spacious villa is a 3 floor townhouse located right in the historic center, opposite to the elegant Rosewood Hotel in a safe neighborhood. Surrounded by lush greenery and bright flowers the secured condominium welcomes you with colorful Mexican art, handcrafted tiles and furniture. Unique architectural design and terracotta flooring provide natural ventilation in summer, a heating system, warmth during some fresh winter days. A Patio with fountain, two terraces and a balcony leave ample room for sitting outside. The rooftop terrace has one of the best views over old town with the cathedral and the panorama around San Miguel.

There is safe parking in our private street for one car with a remote control for the automatic gate. Additionally a special footpath has an entrance towards the old town center. A janitor is permanently on duty in this safe neighborhood.

You will enjoy full equipment for comfortable living and good cooking, high-pressure water pump, a new stove and oven. High speed wireless and Cable TV are included, as well as free calls within Mexico, to the US and Canada.

The ROOFTOP TERRACE - From up here, you enjoy one of the best panorama views over the old city of San Miguel including the cathedral and the convent. Whether you want to sunbath or have a cocktail under the umbrella, it is a spectacular place also to see the Sierra hills in the distance and watch the cloud formations with your sun downer.

On the third floor, a STUDIO is a charming hide out for relaxing hours looking into the lush greenery. Whether you exercise, meditate or do art work – this is the perfect private space. It can be used as well as a bedroom for two with its bed-sofa, private shower and separate toilet.

Enjoy the second OUTDOOR TERRACE on the third floor like a living room, where you can sit in the breeze under a tiled roof among the flowers, and smell the lavender.

Going down to the SEA SHELL bedroom on the 2nd floor you find a queen size bed, 2 writing desks, closets, and private bathroom with bathtub, shower and daylight. Enjoy a great view into the lush greenery.

Along the corridor, the BALCONY BEDROOM with its king size bed leads to a balcony with bougainvillea and chairs for your morning coffee. There is a closet and a private bathroom with shower and toilet.

On the first (ground) floor, you find THE PATIO, connected with the living room. The right place for summer warmth to sit in the shade, listen to the trickles of the water fountain, and relax in the freshness.

THE LIVING ROOM with a fireplace has large open parts with view to the patio and comfortable seating on the sofas. A cozy place to chill or watch Cablevision.

The DINING ROOM with a spectacular high ceiling brick dome seats up to six people around the large glass table and is decorated with colorful Mexican pottery.

The KITCHEN is well equipped for people who love to cook, with large new stove with oven and six fires, new large fridge with freezer department, microwave and small toast/grill, blender, coffee maker, espresso machine, electric orange press. There is a drinking water pump that lets it flow easy from the container.

In the UTILITY room, you find a large washing machine and a separate dryer.

This charming house is ideal for home office workers as well as medium sized families or a maximum of 6 friends sharing up to 3 ensuite bedrooms.
