Owners featured on HGTV - Mexico Life. Proud recipient of "Premier Partner" and "Super Host" Awards. Location is just off 5th Ave - steps to restaurants and shops - but far enough to sleep well at night, Nestled between the best beaches - free of rock and coral. Walk to everything .....grocery, park, beach, entertainment. Complex features large pool, 6 in-pool beds, 2 jacuzzis, gym, business center, and game room.
This is our home too, so we have outfitted it with all the comforts you can think of. There is a 40 inch Smart TV with Netflix in the living area, complete with Blue Ray DVD, surround sound system, and movie collection. The master bedroom has a Chromecast TV with Netflix. Guest bedroom has DVD player. All of the furniture has been custom made as well as the majority of the artwork commissioned specifically for our home. You will also notice the decor which has been collected from our travels around the world including Thailand, Bali, Cambodia, Spain, Argentina, and Vietnam. A tranquil water fountain in the living room adds to the "Zen" environment. The upgraded kitchen, with top end appliances, sets this unit apart from all others in the building. It is fully equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet meal and all of the pots, pans, dishes, and even silverware have been imported from the US. There is a coffee as well as a coffee grinder to prepare a freshly brewed beverage. Even the cabinet handles and faucet have been upgraded with imported products from the US. We are located close to Mamitas Beach and Kool and Carnival Royal....by far the best beach clubs to relax, swim in the ocean or the pool, eat sushi or a burrito, and be served your favorite cold drink. There is no rock or coral to be concerned about in this area of Playa....just pure white sand and turquoise ocean. This is critical to note as South of Constituyentes now has exposed rock and coral as well as boats docked in front of many beach areas. We are also at the end of the beach which has the best restaurants. Less hostals and more high-end new construction, for more discerning guests. This building is not on top of a bar or a restaurant, so you can sleep peacefully at night. This is a family oriented building and the rowdy crowd is not tolerated. You may want to reconsider cooking when one block away is 5th Ave, a walking pedestrian mall, with hundreds of restaurants at your disposal. we are located on 34th Street between 10th Ave and 20th Ave, across from the park. It seems that every week there is something new to discover to eat! There is a bit of a more upscale, yet local vibe where we are. Not so many tourist shops selling t-shirts. This is the area where many expats live and socialize.
