House for Sale
2 Bedroom / 1 Full Bath / 0 Half Bath
Unfurnished
Price: $70,000 US
Living Space: 1024 Sq.Ft.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms opening onto large terrace (12 X 15 ft.) overlooking ocean. Downstairs large living room, kitchen bathroom and 5X7ft. storage/tool room.
Solid built reinforced concrete beams and columns and slab, rustproof primer on all rebar before use, all concrete uses 2 sizes of crushed stone(not round ocean pebbles) with a 1-2-3 mix.
Roof is sitting on 2 inch x 6 inch hardwood beams that are sitting on 2x6 hardwood sill plate that is bolted to the concrete ring beam. Its constructed of 3/4 inch marine plywood varnished and covered with very heavy gauge steel that has been primed and coated with white high gloss oil enamel to reflect heat. There is insulation layered between the sheet metal and plywood, between plywood and beams and once again interior of plywood,to resist heat infiltration.
I used a rebar design that wraps the column and beam rings around and anchors them in center of column concrete to prevent opening in the event of an earthquake, and over did it on the roof to with-stand typhoons. We have had a 5.5 earthquake and many tremors and no cracks or damage,we have had a signal 3 typhoon and no damage also.
Was built in 2015, by me and 5 workers, I was present and supervised each and every aspect. It was designed by myself as well.
The upstairs terrace is very large and shaded by red, white, pink, and orange flowering vines most of the day, and the east side of house is covered in these vines as well. The lot has about 2 yards of walking area in back and the front goes maybe 20 feet out,all the way to the high tide. I Put Love In Building This House.
