Is Spain's Healthcare Really Among the Best in World?

Measuring healthcare expenditures as a % of GDP vs. life spans, Spain is ranked as the 3rd most efficient in the World. Do what do the people here relying on government provided health care think of this?

NO!

as somebody who uses this system I can say:
you have 5 min max to state your case and then you get some pills or not, maybe a scheduled for a test or not.
you wait a lot.

you want to avoid being in a hospital if you have no family who can care for you there and if it is an emergency, you better not call, drive for yourself to the next hospital.
prescription medication is quite cheap.

I would put it in the upper part of the lower third in the world rank.

every other statement is just PR
