Need to learn Argentina before or while there already?

Hey guys,
My husband was in urgent need to learn Spanish before we move to Argentina. Thankfully, a American friend who's already settled in Buenos Aires highly recommended to us a top of the line tutor who gives lessons to her and her two kids. He gives lessons in his office or through Skype to foreigners in Argentina or anywhere abroad.
